Some of the allegations levelled against the SSA, according to a statement jointly signed by the Coordinator Elect of NANS, Zone A, Comrade Umar Faruk Lawal, and Chairman of the CPC, Comrade Mohammed Yusuf, bother on criminal intimidation, destruction of property, disturbace of public peace and sponsoring of rioting thugs armed with deadly weapons, during a recent free and fair election won by Umar Faruk of IBB University, Lapai, Niger State, and emerging as Cordinator Elect of NANS Zone A.

Based on the criminal allegations, the Chairman of the Convention Planning Committee CPC, Comrade Mobammed Yusuf and Cordinator Elect Faruk Lawal, have called on the Governor to arrest and investigate the SSA and Usman Ayuba to ascertain the allegations levelled against them and if found guilty, should be prosecuted.

The duo also demanded that the SSA and Usman Ayuba must take full responsibilities and pay for the damages of the destroyed properties.

However, copies of the petition have been recieved in the offices of Inspector General of Police IGP and Director General of Department of State Service DG DSS.
